Swordwraiths speak Common.

What can be seen of a swordwraith's body under his armor appears faded and wispy, but they are not incorporeal. Swordwraiths are only active at night. During the day, they hide away in mounds and burrows.

Combat
The statistics block shows attack and damage bonuses that include the Weapon Focus and Weapon Specialization bonuses. A swordwraith will only be focused and specialized in one weapon that he carries.

Strength Damage (Su): In addition to weapon damage, a swordwraith's attack deals 1d2 points of Strength damage. Anyone reduced to 0 strength by this ability is slain, and rises as a shadow in 1d4 rounds. These shadows are not under the swordwraith's control, but they will not attack him. Most often, they attack the nearest living creature, or wander off.

Turn Resistance (Ex): Their focus and devotion to battle make swordwraiths difficult to turn, and they have a +2 resistance to any such attempts.
