Meditation

This is me.
Just me.
No one else.
No past.
No future.
This is me in the present.
My body relaxed.
My mind clear of stressful thoughts.

I am connected to the source.
My energies flow,
In harmony with each other.
In harmony with the source,
Giving and receiving.

The light blue of tranquility
The red of healing energies
Meld to form a purple river
In which I lay
Half-submerged
At peace with myself
As my body is healed of its ills.
