She Walks

She takes one step into the room
(towards me)
Her eyes focussed ahead.
(on me, burning deep red)
Her long black beautiful hair bouncing gently about her shoulders
(blowing back, touched by an unfelt wind)
As she walks quickly
(slowly, a smile crossing her lips.
Close to me now,
Entering my warm welcoming embrace,
I can smell her scent)
Towards the door,
(hot blood in her veins
I remove her garments and she lets me)

Oblivious of my presence.
(until she is naked and vulnerable
and I take her willing body,
mind,
and soul)

She proceeds to walk out the door,
Out of my life,
Feeling nothing.
